I like to take my paintings to a quieter place that reflect a more organic aesthetic, evoking a sense of peace. My medium of choice is oil, and my tools are the painting knife and big brushes.  My subjects often include landscapes, farms and still life, and are most often inspired by the colors and textures of my subjects. When I approach the creation of a new work, I am guided by an inner visceral response to the lyrical quality unfolding within the work. See more of my work at www.cindyroesingerfineart.com, on my instagram page here and on my facebook page here.
